Anforderungen
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field
- Understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close
- Strong analytical skills with large data sets
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Practical experience with SAP FI/CO or other ERP systems
- Fluent English language skills
- German language skills are an advantage

- Clear communicator presenting financial analysis to non-finance audiences
- Detail-oriented, structured, manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines
- Proactive problem solver with continuous improvement mindset and strong ownership
Aufgaben
- Support monthly close activities, including accruals calculation, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Submit financial reporting requirements on time
- Analyze plant financial performance, including conversion cost, material usage, and purchase price variance
- Analyze scrap, productivity, inventory, absorption, and cost center spend
- Partner with Operations to understand performance drivers
- Identify financial risks and opportunities with Operations
- Translate financial results into clear actions with Operations
- Support annual budget, quarterly forecast, and weekly/monthly outlook processes
- Maintain and analyze standard costs, routings, and material master data in SAP
- Analyze cost build-ups in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Monitor inventory, WIP, reserves, and fixed assets
- Support physical inventory and fixed asset count processes
- Support capital expenditure requests and fixed asset transfers
- Track projects, ensuring financial governance and adherence to approval requirements
- Drive reporting improvements, automation, and standardization using Excel, Power Query, or similar tools
- Ensure compliance with TE financial policies, internal controls, and SOX requirements
- Ensure compliance with local statutory considerations
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis for plant leadership
- Provide decision support for plant leadership
- Analyze productivity projects
- Perform make-versus-buy analysis
- Analyze footprint actions
- Analyze operational improvement initiatives
