Aufgaben
- Provide financial analysis and support to International Area Commercial teams
- Provide financial analysis and support to the International Controlling team
- Support all departments at Head Quarters
- Work closely with the Controlling Group to ensure effective financial reporting
- Identify and follow up on business issues
- Contribute to the continued development of finance systems
- Manage budgeting for HQ and the International Region
- Perform variance reporting for HQ and the International Region
- Conduct ad hoc business analysis for HQ and the International Region
- Lead SG&A consolidation and analysis for International regions
- Manage SG&A and Libre discretionary submission via Dodeca and Excel
- Consolidate and analyze SG&A and Libre discretionary submission for International regions
- Analyze SG&A and Libre discretionary submission for International regions
- Support strategic planning by preparing key KPIs and summaries for LBE packages
- Assist in preparing key KPIs and summaries for LBE packages
- Forecast clinical trial sales by collaborating with commercial teams
- Project clinical trial sales
- Report on clinical trial sales
- Ensure timely and accurate data for weekly forecasts and LBE cycles
- Streamline LBE/MEC/Confirm deliverables by partnering with the Sr. Finance Manager and regional teams
- Continuously improve financial systems and reporting processes
