Aufgaben
- Enhance aroma and flavor of ChoViva and new ingredient.
- Support recipe, product, and flavor development for ChoViva and new ingredient.
- Assist with ingredient preparation.
- Assist with prototype development.
- Plan and conduct test productions, including raw material preparation.
- Conduct food science analyses using rheometers, texture analyzers, refractometers, and sensory evaluation.
- Assist in flavor analytics using GC-MS.
- Document new recipes and create product prototypes with the Sales team.
- Assist with daily operations, packing, and shipping prototypes.
