Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in FP&A, business controlling, financial consulting, audit, or similar
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of financial statements, cashflow mechanics, and forecasting principles
- Comfortable working with multiple data sources
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with SAP (S/4 HANA), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or Rib iTWO is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Business fluent in English
- German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Ensure high-quality monthly reporting
- Support forecasting and budgeting cycles
- Provide clear financial insights for decision-making
- Work closely with Accounting, Operations, and Leadership to ensure accurate reporting, robust planning, and transparent communication
- Coordinate FP&A activities during month-end closing
- Prepare accurate group-level reporting, including variance analyses
- Maintain reporting structures across sites, cost centers, and projects
- Support quarterly forecasts and annual budget, including performance tracking
- Maintain rolling financial models
- Provide insight into drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Contribute to long-term financial plan development and maintenance
- Perform financial modeling for key pipeline projects
- Assist in preparing investor-related materials
