- 1+ years WMS support experience in RF-based distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment

Aufgaben
- Act as super user and level one support for warehouse end-users
- Manage system configuration based on operations team direction
- Facilitate end-user training and assist with SOP documentation
- Oversee user menu profile and security setup for the application
- Participate in requirements definition and technical design for product enhancements
- Coordinate and execute QC, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Troubleshoot and manage WMS integrations with other platforms
- Represent the Global WMS Technology team in cross-functional initiatives
- Create reports using WMS reporting tools for operational visibility
- Help maintain deployment, support, and service coordination for hardware devices
- Support local network services with a regional infrastructure manager
