- Experience shaping AI coding agent configuration and guidance
- Practical experience with AI coding agents in production
- Comfort with spec-driven work: clear task/context definitions
- Experience in Angular and modern TypeScript
- Backend experience in Java / Spring Boot
- Experience with Microservices & REST
- Solid E2E testing experience
- Experience with peer reviewing and teamwork

- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar
- Experience with Git and GitHub workflows
- Experience of agile methodologies
- Angular component testing and unit testing
- Internationalization (Crowdin with ngx-translate), ESLint experience
Aufgaben
- Design, build, and maintain modern, high-quality applications
- Translate product and business requirements into scalable, intuitive, and performant user interfaces
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end features
- Own features from concept to production, including implementation, testing, and maintainability
- Use AI coding agents to break down work, direct implementation, and review output
- Contribute to documentation and tooling for AI-driven delivery
- Design clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Contribute to and evolve frontend architecture, design system, and Angular libraries
- Ensure high quality through E2E, integration, and component testing
- Actively participate in code reviews
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and internationalization
- Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions
- Propose improvements to technical processes and architecture
