Aufgaben
- Define and execute long-term strategic vision and platform strategy
- Ensure consistency and scalability across crypto, equities, commodities, and derivatives
- Own Fusion value proposition, positioning, acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
- Drive continuous improvements in web and mobile platform usability, discoverability, customization, and advanced trading workflows
- Partner with Engineering leadership on trading infrastructure strategy
- Support critical architecture decisions and platform stability processes
- Prioritize and evolve Fusion-specific features, driving innovation in advanced tooling, analytics, automation, and professional functionality
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators including trading volume, active traders, retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV)
- Lead and scale a high-performing multidisciplinary organization
- Ensure advanced trading activities comply with regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams
- Represent advanced trading ecosystem in executive leadership discussions
- Drive long-term investment, strategic alignment, and prioritization decisions with CEO
