- Steer the Freenow by Lyft business across Germany and Austria
- Collaboratively steer the German and Austria P&L with regional leadership
- Negotiate for resources and investment to fuel local growth
- Collaborate with Marketplace Performance team to steer supply and demand
- Optimize the dynamic marketplace using unit economics
- Identify and develop new revenue streams from concept to realization
- Lead the 'Local Growth Team' model
- Inspire a high-performing team to out-execute competitors
- Act as chief advocate for Germany/Austria in the matrix
- Ensure central Product and Tech roadmaps are tailored to local nuances
- Build and manage relationships with regulators and government bodies
- Build and manage relationships with driver associations and external stakeholders
- Support a stable operating environment and long-term market development
- Represent Freenow by Lyft in the region
- Engage the press and public stakeholders to build brand trust
- Build a localized competitive advantage
- Translate global strategy into local execution
- Balance marketplace efficiency with local customer needs
