Aufgaben
- Partner with stakeholders to frame problems and translate needs into AI workflows
- Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents
- Translate complex AI behaviors into transparent user experiences
- Build abstraction layers across AI providers for portable pipelines
- Contribute to AI-native component libraries and design system patterns
- Apply containerization and microservices to ship scalable AI systems
- Own CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and debugging
- Deploy to production and take responsibility for shipped code
- Build working prototypes and proof-of-concept systems using AI tooling
- Serve as the primary technical voice in client engagements
- Frame problems and align technical trade-offs with business goals
- Communicate clearly to engineers and executive stakeholders
- Lead design sprints, co-creation sessions, and code-with workshops
- Define and track evaluation frameworks for agent performance
- Use data to drive continuous improvement of deployed AI systems
- Document reusable patterns, architectural decisions, and best practices
