- Degree in food process engineering, biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, engineering, food technology, dairy, brewing, mechanical engineering, or related field
- Hands-on knowledge across wide range of process engineering technologies
- Experience with process analysis and optimization

- Support global production sites in manufacturing and process technologies
- Develop and implement global process engineering standards
- Execute and support engineering and technology projects with R&D, Technology Development, and Production
- Improve plant and process technologies for availability, safety, quality, and environment
- Advance continuous improvement initiatives across plants, systems, methodologies, processes, and competencies
- Identify and implement solutions to increase productivity and process stability
