- Define and execute global manufacturing footprint strategy
- Lead and develop the global manufacturing site network
- Drive localization and develop local manufacturing capabilities
- Steer strategic investments in factories and infrastructure
- Advance operational excellence through optimization and improvement
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and regional businesses
- Build and inspire a high-performing global manufacturing organization
- Represent manufacturing in key business decisions
- Contribute to the strategic direction of SMO RI
