Anforderungen
- Completed university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or comparable field
- Minimum three years relevant professional experience in securities settlement and/or operations
- Experience within Global Markets, Middle Office, Back Office, or comparable capital markets environment
- Practical experience with financial markets booking, trading, and processing systems (Tradeweb, Markit, Murex, STAR, or comparable)
- Experience with Bloomberg or similar financial market information and analytics tools
- Sound understanding of securities and financial markets products and settlement processes (bonds, FX, derivatives, structured products, equities)
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) at professional/negotiation level
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) at professional/negotiation level
- German language skills
- Ability to work effectively across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Operations, and client-facing functions
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams

- Willingness to travel in the region for roadshows (3-4 times p.a.)
Aufgaben
- Solve problems and provide assistance regarding settlement and reporting
- Coordinate with Spanish middle-, back-, and front office teams
- Coordinate with customer support in Madrid
- Serve as a contact person for customers regarding securities, bonds, FX, derivatives, structured products, and equity settlement
- Address processing issues that may arise
- Analyze and evaluate the monthly financial report for Global Markets Unit Germany
- Analyze P&L and sources of revenue
- Control trade data input in booking systems
- Process counterparty claims
- Communicate with customers
- Edit client complaints via phone or email
- Forward complaints to or coordinate with the responsible department in Madrid
- Document financial transactions completed by the trading department
- Implement financial transactions completed by the trading department
- Finalize trade confirmations
- Act as the first point of contact for clients' Middle Offices to coordinate settlement tasks
- Serve as a contact person for the Madrid onboarding team for client onboarding and re-papering topics
- Act as a contact person for clients regarding re-papering and onboarding measures
- Support the Global Markets Sales team in preparing presentations
- Support the Global Markets Sales team in preparing for client meetings
- Assist in organizing and planning roadshows and conferences in Germany, Netherlands, Nordics, and Spain
- Cooperate with the marketing department in Madrid for event planning
- Travel within the covered region to physically coordinate roadshows (3-4 times per year)
- Check hotel rates and availabilities for client events
