Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Health, or comparable field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Management within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or regulated environment
- Experience with GxP regulations, GDP requirements, and quality management systems
- Confident managing, maintaining, and evaluating quality-related data and databases
- Fluent English and preferably communicative German; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; SAP IM and SAP SD experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and structured, detail-oriented working style
- Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating effectively across regions and cultures
- Reliable, resilient, trustworthy team player with strong quality mindset
Aufgaben
- Assess, qualify, and evaluate global distribution partners
- Maintain databases for service scope, qualification status, and compliance
- Support distribution partner qualification and audit questionnaires
- Conduct distributor evaluations and product release activities
- Contribute to quality initiatives for global distribution processes
- Support continuous improvement of quality projects
- Assess, track, trend, and report GDP deviations
- Support GDP-related operational activities
- Ensure compliant product release and efficient return management
- Ensure effective stock control and customer eligibility verification
- Maintain complete, accurate, and traceable records
- Support SOP updates and EQMS processes
- Support quality system training activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and affiliates
- Support quality and compliance activities across the global supply chain
- Provide support for additional quality and supply chain initiatives
