Anforderungen
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Interactive Media, or comparable qualification; alternatively, vocational training as Media Designer (Digital & Print) or equivalent
- Initial professional experience in graphic design, media design, or creative services
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, imagery, and visual communication
- Creativity and ability to translate ideas into audience-focused, brand-compliant solutions
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign expert), solid Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat knowledge
- Experience in final artwork preparation, print production, and adapting layouts
- Experience with AI-powered image generation tools and interest in modern creative technologies
- Experience with work management and project management tools (ideal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style; ability to derive tasks from project objectives
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills and collaborative mindset for cross-functional, international teams
- Openness to new topics, tools, and ways of working; commitment to continuous learning
- Confident presence and ability to persuasively present design decisions to stakeholders
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement creative, target audience-focused, brand-compliant design solutions for print and digital media
- Develop and implement creative, target audience-focused, brand-compliant design solutions for marketing projects
- Create visual concepts in line with corporate design guidelines and brand standards
- Adapt existing marketing materials for different formats, languages, countries, and target audiences
- Produce professional layouts, final artwork, and print-ready production files
- Independently plan, prioritize, and deliver projects and work packages on time
- Coordinate external service providers, including quality assurance and schedule management
- Advise internal departments and stakeholders on design and implementation topics
- Prepare and present design concepts and creative approaches for internal reviews and meetings
- Contribute to cross-functional and international/EMEA-wide marketing and communications projects
- Monitor current design trends, technologies, and creative tools
- Introduce new ideas to optimize design and production processes
- Ensure high creative quality and production excellence across all assigned design materials
- Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and other business functions
