Anforderungen
- Master's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or BI & Analytics
- 7+ years of professional experience in finance, controlling and BI, including BI solution implementation and development; consulting experience is a strong plus
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
- Strong expertise in BI solutions: SAP BPC, SAP SEM-BCS, Power BI, Power Query, Dataflows, tabular data models
- Proven capability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights/decisions
- Analytical mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership; strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English language skills; German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing international Finance / BI team
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across Henkel
- Influence senior stakeholders
- Embed a forward-thinking, agile mindset across the organization
- Optimize existing processes and implement new solutions for the global Finance community
- Drive data-driven decision-making
- Foster BI adoption
- Define the roadmap for future analytical capabilities
- Own and continuously enhance Henkel’s global SAP BPC application
- Enable financial reporting, planning, and forecasting processes
- Establish and drive data governance standards, policies, and controls
- Partner with international and cross-divisional stakeholders
- Identify and address areas impacting future digital capabilities
- Prepare executive-level analyses and decision briefings
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
