Anforderungen
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Expertise in Business Controlling, financial planning, performance management, reporting, and financial steering
- Leadership experience and ability to lead and develop people in international, matrix organization
- Business acumen and ability to translate financial insights into strategic and operational decisions
- Extensive stakeholder-management experience and confidence working with senior leaders
- Experience navigating dynamic environments and supporting transformation and growth initiatives
- Experience in commercial vehicle or automotive industry is an advantage
- Fluent English
- German language skills are an asset
Aufgaben
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with MAN Truck & Bus and TFS stakeholders
- Shape and execute MFS finance strategy aligned with TFS
- Lead annual/long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Contribute to developing and applying the TFS Financial and Risk Steering Model, including KPIs, management reporting, and common processes
- Partner with MFS and TFS, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to support portfolio development, geographical expansion, and growth opportunities
- Prepare for and participate in MFS Brand Board meetings
- Represent MFS in TFS finance committees and management forums, contributing to key financial topics
