Anforderungen
- 5–10 years managing mid-scale capital projects in radiopharmaceutical or GMP environment
- Proven ability to deliver cross-functional projects on time and budget
- PMP or PM@Siemens certification required
- Strong background in project financial management
- Demonstrated leadership managing diverse teams and contractors
- Solid understanding of automation systems and regulated facilities
- Fluent English; additional languages are an asset
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments
- Occasional travel across Europe, approximately one week per month
Aufgaben
- Define and maintain engineering standards for all facilities
- Develop and implement asset strategies for lifecycle management
- Support the design and integration of new technologies
- Lead the implementation of harmonized automation strategies
- Support the deployment of tools and automation solutions
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and quality requirements
- Lead the portfolio of major capital investment projects
- Support CAPEX planning and financial control
- Drive strategic investment programs for asset sustainability
- Oversee project governance through the PMD process
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget
- Participate in Project Status Review meetings
- Provide leadership with reporting on execution risks and opportunities
- Lead and manage a team of Project Managers
- Ensure optimal allocation and use of resources
- Supervise contractor engagement and approve purchase orders
- Ensure continuous technical training and capability development
- Promote knowledge transfer and best-practice sharing
- Partner closely with Quality, Business, and Operations teams
- Ensure projects are executed in line with project management methodology
- Drive effective stakeholder management and communication
