Aufgaben
- Scale the Finance & Accounting team, setting structure, priorities, and standards
- Serve as a strategic business partner to management and stakeholders
- Evaluate financial performance of business lines and investment opportunities
- Support corporate finance processes
- Maintain strong relationships with lending banks, auditors, and advisors
- Act as the primary point of contact for external financial partners
- Drive financing and debt facilities
- Support investor communication and reporting for Finance Director and Founders
- Own the integrity of financial reporting across all entities
- Manage monthly close and consolidation processes
- Oversee annual financial statements under HGB
- Manage the audit process with the Accounting Lead and external auditors
- Shape the tax structure of the European group
- Own the intercompany setup
- Assess tax implications of new products, markets, and entities
- Address complex tax questions
- Act as system owner for the Finance & Accounting tool stack
- Define the target architecture for Finance & Accounting systems
- Evaluate and select vendors for Finance & Accounting tools
- Steer implementation projects for Finance & Accounting systems
- Ensure adoption and process quality after system go-live
