Aufgaben
- Manage preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements per IFRS
- Oversee consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliation of Group reporting packages
- Manage Group closing timetable and ensure smooth execution of all closing activities
- Develop, maintain, and improve Group Accounting Policies and accounting guidelines
- Ensure consistent application of accounting standards and IFRS requirements across Group entities
- Serve as primary contact for complex IFRS and local GAAP accounting matters
- Lead accounting integration of newly acquired or established Group entities
- Manage accounting-related projects for setup and integration of new locations and entities
- Establish standardized and scalable accounting processes with international stakeholders
- Act as primary interface for external auditors, subsidiaries, and internal business functions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to international subsidiaries on Group Accounting matters
- Ensure close alignment between local Finance teams and Group-wide Accounting functions
