- Reading and negotiating contracts
- Making vendor consolidation calls based on cost
- Fluent English
- Willingness to be based in Tallinn or Leipzig
- Willingness to travel regularly to Group sites
Aufgaben
- Lead the Group IT team across Estonia, Germany, and Finland
- Develop the IT team by hiring and training personnel
- Adapt the IT team's structure to meet business needs
- Set the strategic direction for Group IT
- Establish and communicate IT policies and standards
- Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoints
- Ensure the availability and security of IT infrastructure
- Manage information security for the group
- Ensure GDPR compliance
- Manage customer assessments for defense, aerospace, and automotive sectors
- Integrate security into IT operations
- Implement and govern AI tools for company-wide use
- Evaluate and select AI solutions (build vs. buy)
- Manage the ongoing operation of in-house built AI solutions
- Oversee business systems including ERP, PLM, and document management
- Ensure interoperability between business systems
- Manage master data and its governance
- Secure Operational Technology (OT) networks and industrial endpoints
- Manage the IT budget
- Oversee the vendor portfolio
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts
- Identify cost savings through vendor consolidation
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors
