Aufgaben
- Manage the entire industrial value stream end-to-end
- Lead Production Manufacturing Engineering
- Oversee manufacturing and MRO of dynamic components
- Manage highly complex special processes
- Provide disciplinary and functional leadership
- Develop a large industrial area
- Direct subordinate management and specialists
- Guide, motivate, and develop teams using HR processes
- Establish a high-performance culture
- Build a trustworthy and inclusive environment

- Manage shop floor operations
- Plan, agree upon, and monitor required resources
- Manage budget, services, and equipment

- Participate in S&OP planning
- Define, consolidate, and manage risk and opportunity portfolios
