- Hands-on HSM solution design, integration, operation
- Payment HSM experience, ideally Utimaco AT1000 or Thales payShield
- General-purpose HSM experience, ideally Utimaco SecurityServer, u.trust Anchor
- Cryptography, key management, information security understanding
- HSM integration into applications and Linux environments
- Complex technical integration problem analysis and troubleshooting
- Understanding of technical component integration into service environments
- Basic scripting or programming, ideally Python and OpenSSL
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently in international, distributed environment
- HSM platform or crypto technology integration into products/services
- Experience across multiple payment and general-purpose HSM platforms
- Knowledge of cloud service architectures and managed security services
- HSM environment commissioning or operation
- Familiarity with PCI DSS, PCI PIN, GSMA or comparable frameworks
- Security certifications like CISSP or comparable qualifications
- Experience with banks, payment organisations, or large enterprise customers
- Spanish or other additional languages

- Define technical requirements and work with Service Architecture, Operations, and Security & Compliance to ensure new solutions are secure, supportable, and scalable.
