Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Management and Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Security, or comparable discipline
- Initial experience in IAM, Information Security, IT Governance, or related areas
- Basic understanding of IAM concepts, role-based access control, authorization, and access governance
- Knowledge of Segregation of Duties, role lifecycle management, access controls, and regulatory compliance
- Exposure to access governance solutions (SailPoint, Nexis, Omada, Saviynt, or comparable)
- Understanding of Configuration Management Systems, enterprise infrastructure, and technology component relationships
- Interest in governance processes, documentation standards, and audit-ready procedures
- Strong willingness to learn and familiarize with new technologies
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies and their application
- Solid handling of MS Office applications
- Proactive thinking and self-driven approach
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good presentation, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience in test management
Aufgaben
- Support operation, governance, and improvement of the Nexis platform
- Maintain and enhance enterprise authorization concepts and business roles
- Support role management processes
- Ensure authorization concepts and access controls meet governance requirements
- Design, document, and maintain authorization concepts and access controls
- Collaborate with business units and application owners on authorization management
- Support access governance initiatives with infrastructure teams
- Optimize the Nexis platform through process automation
- Improve user experience on the Nexis platform
- Support AI-enabled capabilities on the Nexis platform
- Maintain governance documentation, procedures, and process descriptions
- Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready
- Identify process improvement opportunities in Identity Governance
- Identify operational efficiencies in Identity Governance
- Support Identity & Access Management projects
- Support Identity & Access Management testing activities
- Support Identity & Access Management implementation initiatives
- Monitor and analyze authorization management processes
- Contribute to continuous service improvements in authorization management
- Build knowledge of Identity Governance
- Expand knowledge of authorization concepts
- Expand knowledge of regulatory requirements
