Anforderungen
- 3-5 years IT operations, InfoSec, or compliance-adjacent IT experience
- Direct experience supporting ISO 27001 or SOC 2 audit cycle
- Working in small security/compliance function with senior oversight
- Hands-on identity and access management (Entra ID or comparable IdP)
- M365/Exchange Online administration and Mac-first endpoint management
- Owning end-user support queue and joiner-mover-leaver process
- Fluent German proficiency and German security clearance eligibility
- Direct exposure to TISAX or automotive OEM security ecosystem
- Scripting or automation skills and instinct to remove repetitive work
- Exposure to Vanta or similar compliance platform
Aufgaben
- Support ISO 27001, SOC 2, and TISAX audit cycles.
- Answer customer and OEM security questionnaires with the GTM team.
- Present ISMS status and audit results to leadership.
- Maintain risk register, policies, and vendor/supplier security assessments.
- Run security awareness training and phishing simulations.
- Administer identity and access, including provisioning, reviews, conditional access, and RBAC.
- Manage device and endpoint lifecycle, including procurement, enrollment, repair, and retirement.
- Own end-user IT support.
- Own the joiner-mover-leaver process, including ticket queue, onboarding, offboarding, and office network.
- Automate repetitive IT and evidence-collection work in Vanta and beyond.
