Aufgaben
- Execute end-to-end deployments across on-premise and hybrid environments
- Support software rollout, commissioning, and go-live
- Configure and validate infrastructure, including compute, storage, clusters, networking, and mTLS
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and infrastructure issues
- Support Customer Success team during escalations
- Develop and maintain deployment automation and runbooks
- Develop and maintain standardized deployment procedures
- Implement automated rollback and recovery workflows
- Improve CI/CD-driven deployment processes
- Monitor system health and capacity
- Manage system patching, upgrades, and maintenance
- Implement and test backup and recovery strategies
- Coordinate with customer IT and internal teams on integration requirements
- Document site-specific configurations
- Provide feedback to improve architecture, tooling, and deployment processes
- Optimize workflows for continuous improvement
- Support internal test environments
