Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, engineering, or technical field
- Installation, construction, or project management experience
- Background in energy sector, crane or transport operations, civil engineering, or similar project outcome accountability
- Familiarity with crane operations, site logistics, and installation workflows
- Consistent application of HSE requirements and safety-first mindset
- Experience managing suppliers, contracts, and commercial discussions
- Solid financial acumen and structured, process-focused approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder expectation alignment skills
- Prioritization of safety and customer satisfaction
- Openness, directness, timely decision-making, and commitment completion
- Good task organization and prompt adjustment to shifting priorities
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and skilled in managing multiple projects/priorities
- Early identification of challenges and proactive risk management
- Preparedness for regular travel to construction sites
Aufgaben
- Own the full preparation of the installation phase
- Ensure safe, on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
- Manage 10-15 projects simultaneously
- Translate technical and commercial requirements into installation plans
- Act as the main point of contact for customers during project preparation
- Advise customers on requirements
- Manage customer expectations
- Support customer satisfaction
- Verify site infrastructure meets Vestas standards and project specifications
- Coordinate solutions for any deviations
- Coordinate installation partners, including crane suppliers, transport providers, installation crews, HSE, site facilities, and security teams
- Ensure seamless project readiness
- Identify and address risks early
- Keep schedules, budgets, and project performance reports accurate
- Apply Vestas' Construction Project Execution standards consistently
- Align installation resources with contractual commitments and business needs
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to new installation concepts
- Contribute to optimization projects
- Contribute to prototype deployments
