Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in automation, systems integration, testing, commissioning, OT, or complex industrial technology environments
- Experience leading integration or testing workstreams in multi-vendor projects
- Developing Test Strategies, Test Plans, defect management processes, and readiness validation activities
- Experience in container terminals, industrial automation, logistics automation, or other complex live operational environments
- Strong knowledge of terminal operating systems and equipment control systems, preferably Navis N4 or equivalent
- Experience with PLC-based automation systems, Siemens PLCs, TIA Portal, WinCC, Ignition, industrial communication protocols, OT networks, and cybersecurity principles
- Experience using structured test and defect management tools, preferably Jira and Xray or equivalent solutions
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently across project, vendor, and operational environments
- English proficiency required; German proficiency preferred
