Anforderungen
- Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Law, or comparable field, or in gap year
- First practical experience in Wholesale Banking, Corporate Banking, Credit Risk, Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory, Transaction Services, Restructuring, or Audit is a plus
- Strong interest in credit analysis, corporate finance, financial statements, and corporate lending
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

- High self-initiative, curiosity, and eagerness for responsibility in agile, international environment
- Strong writing and communication skills in English and German; other languages are a plus

- Conduct company and sector analysis
- Perform financial modelling
- Review loan covenants
- Benchmark against peer companies

- Gain exposure to lending transactions and their execution
- Learn how corporate financing facilities are structured, documented, approved, and implemented
- Engage in strategic discussions with corporate clients
- Deliver tailored financing solutions
- Coordinate financing transactions with stakeholders
- Support the entire lending process
- Participate in initial client dialogues
- Assist with financial analysis
- Support internal credit approvals
- Contribute to portfolio monitoring activities
- Support each other within the team
