Anforderungen
- Licensed physician with board certification in Occupational Medicine or equivalent
- Additional qualification as Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa) or equivalent
- Further qualifications in health management, business administration, or related field are an advantage
- Extensive leadership experience in occupational health and safety within large organizations, ideally across multiple locations in Germany
- Proven experience leading and influencing interdisciplinary teams without direct line management
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with external occupational physicians and providers
- Strong track record working with regulatory authorities, statutory accident insurance, auditors, Executive Management, and senior leadership
- Experience operating successfully in dynamic and transformational business environments
- Strategic mindset combined with strong business acumen
- Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills at Executive level
- Ability to effectively connect health, safety, HR, and business objectives
- Passion for innovation, including digital health and modern occupational health and safety programs
Aufgaben
- Provide medical expertise on occupational health matters
- Provide professional leadership for Occupational Health & Safety
- Act as primary contact for external occupational health provider
- Provide professional leadership for occupational safety
- Advise Executive Management and stakeholders on OHS matters
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and VW Group standards
- Represent CARIAD as OHS expert to regulatory authorities
- Support implementation of statutory OHS requirements
