Aufgaben
- Coordinate, support, and execute international sleep diagnostics projects
- Support and oversee product evaluations, pilot projects, and test installations
- Plan, organize, and deliver customer training sessions, workshops, and educational events
- Develop and implement sleep diagnostics concepts for new international markets
- Manage and develop relationships with existing international customers
- Provide and coordinate first- and second-level technical support
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in international trade fairs, congresses, and conferences
- Collect and analyze market-specific product requirements and customer needs
- Communicate findings systematically to the Product Development team
- Gather marketing-related requirements and market insights from international regions
- Coordinate implementation of marketing insights with the Marketing team
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and new product developments
- Analyze and track competitor activities, products, and market strategies
- Prepare regular reports and business updates for company headquarters
