- Support coordination and tracking of global relocation projects.
- Create, maintain, and improve project roadmaps, timelines, and status overviews.
- Develop structured reporting and monitoring tools for stakeholders.
- Drive automation and digitalization of project dashboards and reporting processes using Excel and collaboration tools.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, manufacturing plants, logistics, quality, sales, and engineering functions.
- Support identification, documentation, and implementation of process improvements.
- Prepare management presentations, project updates, and meeting materials.
- Follow up on action items, milestones, and deliverables.
