- Support supplier selection, including sending inquiries, evaluating offers, participating in negotiations, and follow-ups
- Support contract management, including drafting strategic supplier contracts
- Prepare, participate in, and follow up on weekly top management meetings
- Actively participate in the annual budget phase
- Collaborate with international project teams and interact with suppliers
- Independently analyze data, such as developing purchasing volume
- Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings
