Aufgaben
- Support the planning, marketing, design, and facilitation of workshops, learning formats, and events
- Research and create engaging content around innovation for learning formats and communication channels
- Organize and host training days end to end, ensuring service excellence
- Scout new LearnTech technologies and relevant trends
- Translate technologies and trends into trainings, workshops, and projects
- Take ownership of small projects
- Continuously improve team processes by exploring and applying AI trends
