  • Participate in and support client transactions, projects, or assignments
  • Organize and analyze financial data for client proposals
  • Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials, and statistical exhibits
  • Conduct economic and financial research
  • Evaluate company financial performance against industry trends
  • Build complex financial models for valuation
  • Prepare presentation materials, including management and board materials
  • Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations
  • Adhere to policy and apply sound ethical judgment
  • Escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency
