- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, Wi-Fi, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls knowledge
- Server administration experience
- On-premises infrastructure working experience
- Endpoint security understanding
- Backups, monitoring, and logging understanding
- Basic scripting or automation skills
- Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies skills
- Practical troubleshooting mindset
- Willingness to investigate problems independently
- Comfortable supporting users directly
- Ability to document technical processes clearly
- Fluent English
- German language skills (C1 level)

- Own and manage daily IT environment operations
- Administer and support Linux and macOS endpoints
- Manage MDM, IAM, user accounts, and SSO/MFA
- Administer cloud email, collaboration, and file storage
- Manage employee access across internal systems
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networks
- Manage VPN solutions and network access rules
- Administer on-premises and cloud servers
- Manage endpoint security solutions
- Implement and maintain system integrations
- Automate repetitive IT administration tasks
- Monitor systems and proactively resolve issues
- Provide IT support to Munich office employees
- Provide remote IT support to other locations
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage IT support requests and ensure resolution
- Set up new employee accounts and applications
- Execute IT onboarding and offboarding
- Manage IT hardware inventory and device lifecycle
- Maintain clear technical documentation
- Help create a reliable IT environment
- Learn to manage ISMS based on ISO 27001/TISAX
- Support implementation of technical security controls
- Help maintain IT policies and asset inventories
- Support evidence collection for ISO 27001/TISAX audits
- Work with stakeholders on Information Security topics
- Support vulnerability management and disaster recovery
- Help investigate and resolve IT security incidents
- Develop knowledge of ISMS and compliance requirements
- Contribute ideas for IT security and resilience
- Work with Engineering and DevOps on infrastructure
- Support business applications for various teams
- Work with IT vendors and service providers
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements
- Support secure adoption of AI tools
- Identify opportunities for automation and simplification
