Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, data analytics, cyber security, or equivalent
- 3+ years professional experience in Internal Audit in EU financial services
- Strong financial sector knowledge; clearing processes knowledge is an advantage
- Hands-on audit management experience, preferably in banking; alternatively, IT or cyber security operational experience
- Practical cyber security experience (vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, security operations, incident response, tooling)
- Experience and knowledge using AI and data analytics in audit context
- Professional certifications (CIA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CEH) and knowledge of IT/security regulations (DORA, ITIL, COBIT, BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO 27001, NIST CSF)
- High analytical skills, quick conceptual understanding, out-of-the-box thinking
- Initiative, autonomous, goal-oriented working style, strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, organizational talent, ability to work under pressure
- High proficiency in written and spoken English; German is a plus

- Plan and execute risk-oriented IT audits
- Assess system and process compliance, security, and efficiency
- Analyze and evaluate audited areas
- Identify internal control system deficiencies
- Implement audit recommendations to improve risk exposure
- Incorporate a cyber security perspective into audit work
- Identify and assess cyber-related risks
- Support planning and structuring of IT audit areas
- Assess IT audit risk and cyber security risks
- Prepare and execute IT audits independently
- Participate in IT audits focusing on security controls and cyber resilience
- Identify deficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Identify cyber security control vulnerabilities
- Develop pragmatic approaches to solve problems
- Assist with creating audit reports
- Communicate audit results to management
- Participate in shaping audit methodology and processes
- Support risk-based audit planning
- Incorporate cyber security frameworks and threat intelligence
- Consult and support general audits
- Independently plan and execute general audits
- Provide audit-related consulting to business units
- Support business units with guidance on cyber security best practices
- Support business units with guidance on control effectiveness
- Follow up on audits and recommendations
- Support IT projects from an audit perspective
- Support IT projects from a cyber security perspective
