Anforderungen
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or comparable technical/scientific discipline
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- Sound understanding of cloud data platforms, modern analytics architectures, data engineering principles, and enterprise reporting environments
- Experience designing scalable analytical data models and integrating data from multiple source systems
- Knowledge of data governance concepts, data products, and self-service analytics operating models
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, or SAP Datasphere analytical data models (highly desirable)
- Passion for driving data-driven decision-making and enabling business value
Aufgaben
- Design and develop analytics assets, semantic models, and data products
- Translate business processes and requirements into analytical assets and data models
- Support the transformation to a modern cloud-based data and analytics platform
- Help shape scalable data architectures using Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Semantic Model concepts
- Contribute to platform governance, CI/CD processes, and monitoring frameworks
- Contribute to enterprise-wide standards for analytics solutions
- Collaborate with Data Product Owners and business stakeholders to define and adopt data products
- Support data governance initiatives for data quality, metadata, lineage, ownership, and compliance
- Promote data literacy and adoption of modern analytics capabilities
- Engage with stakeholders, consult, and share knowledge
- Partner with business and IT teams globally to deliver sustainable analytics solutions
- Align analytics solutions with strategic business objectives
