Anforderungen
- Completed master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- 4+ years professional experience in top-tier management consulting, IT strategy consulting, enterprise transformation, or internal consulting
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs, ideally with SAP S/4HANA, PLM, or platform modernization
- Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and role in transformation programs
- Very good understanding of modern IT operating models, governance, and ITSM processes
- Ability to present complex technical/organizational issues and communicate effectively
- Knowledge of M&A environment, IT due diligence, post-merger integration, carve-outs, or IT separation
Aufgaben
- Drive and coordinate enterprise IT transformation programs, especially SAP S/4HANA and PLM
- Manage program governance, executive reporting, and milestone tracking
- Oversee cross-functional steering for IT transformation programs
- Support business and IT transformation programs, focusing on SAP S/4HANA
- Manage process standardization, governance redesign, and organizational change
- Support PLM transformation, including process harmonization and governance setup
- Implement enterprise PLM platforms, cloud, data, or digital workplace solutions
- Establish program and portfolio management for strategic IT initiatives
- Drive program management and PMO activities for IT transformation initiatives
- Manage risk and dependencies for IT transformation initiatives
- Prepare steering committees for IT transformation initiatives
- Consult on a future-proof IT operating model, including organization and roles
- Define decision-making processes and governance bodies for IT operations
- Ensure alignment between business strategy, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture
- Align the transformation portfolio with business and IT strategies
- Collaborate with global business and IT stakeholders across functions and regions
- Work with external implementation partners
- Support business and organizational transformation through stakeholder engagement
- Manage communication and change management activities for transformation programs
