Aufgaben
- Support financial integrity and accuracy of company accounts
- Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet items
- Process vendor invoices and expense reports
- Support monthly and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with internal controls (FRCF)
- Coordinate with various departments
- Manage the cash office
- Monitor deductibles
- Perform statutory tasks for local GAAP (HGB)
- Handle German tax (VAT and IPT)
- Manage regulatory and statistical tasks (German Federal Bank)
- Support month-end close
- Perform accounting for Germany, Austria, and Poland
- Allocate accounts and post vendor invoices, travel expenses, and bank statements
- Process internal controls
- Manage petty cash
- Manage FRCFs
