- Support monthly management reporting and ad-hoc analyses
- Ensure a reliable and transparent data basis
- Analyze KPIs using reporting tools and dashboards
- Identify deviations and trends in data
- Prepare results for respective audiences
- Contribute to corporate planning, scenarios, and forecasts
- Support preparation and consolidation of planning data
- Analyze plan-versus-actual deviations
- Make relevant developments and areas for action visible
- Prepare HR-relevant reports
- Support HR team in applying and analyzing HR KPIs
- Contribute to the development of HR controlling tools
- Work closely with Finance, HR, and other stakeholders
- Develop into a reliable business partner for controlling topics
- Help standardize and automate Corporate Controlling processes
