Aufgaben
- Process, code, document, and file incoming and outgoing invoices
- Chase open receivables and follow up with clients or account managers
- Run approval and payment processes with internal stakeholders
- Collect, reconcile, and organize data for monthly close
- Prepare and track budgets, forecasts, and actuals across departments
- Produce regular financial reporting, including budget vs. actuals, cash flow, and variance analyses
- Update internal trackers for cost control, royalty flows, and headcount budgets
- Monitor key financial KPIs and flag deviations to budget owners with suggestions
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams on budget, invoice, and cost questions
- Handle day-to-day coordination with external partners like accountants and tax advisors
- Organize, maintain, and update finance documents, including invoices, contracts, and tax records
- Document finance processes, decisions, and file locations
- Onboard and coordinate working students or freelancers for finance tasks
- Identify and fix inefficiencies in finance processes, such as invoice approval flows and budget request procedures
