Aufgaben
- Support writing and assembling funding applications
- Research and prepare input for funding applications
- Compile formal attachments for funding applications
- Structure follow-up questions from the funding body
- Track funding body questions through to submitted answers
- Maintain timelines, work package status, and milestone dates for funded projects
- Collect and format project updates for the funding body
- Prepare payment requests and supporting documentation
- Track payment requests through to disbursement
- Flag deviations in projects, scope, staffing, or budget
- Prepare interim and final reports for the funding body
- Consolidate input for funding reports
- Prepare status overviews of the funding portfolio for management
- Maintain documentation for later audits
- Ensure funding records are complete and traceable
- Keep the funding task board and deadline overview up to date
- Remind team members of upcoming deadlines
- Document and improve funding processes and templates
