Anforderungen
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, system administration, or related technical role (internships considered)
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles (networking, OS, IAM, vulnerability management, incident response)
- Familiarity with common security technologies (EDR, SIEM, scanners, firewalls, email security, cloud platforms)
- Experience with Windows/Linux administration and basic network troubleshooting
- Basic scripting/automation knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Bash) is an advantage
- Understanding of security frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, manages multiple priorities
- Professional proficiency in English; German is an advantage
