Aufgaben
- Own and shape end-to-end operational performance
- Ensure smooth daily operations across the multi-site portfolio
- Coordinate with local teams, service providers, and property managers
- Conduct regular on-site visits
- Ensure all properties meet quality standards
- Monitor KPIs, cost ratios, and P&L metrics
- Drive operational performance and profitability
- Participate in pre-opening and go-live phases of new properties
- Ensure operational readiness for new properties
- Manage seamless handovers for new properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key service providers
- Ensure service quality, reliability, and continuous improvement with providers
- Act quickly and pragmatically in dynamic situations
- Create or adapt processes on demand
- Navigate complex operational and stakeholder environments
- Collaborate with the international Operations team
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve performance, scalability, and guest experience
