Anforderungen

Aufgaben
- Support IT process optimization and documentation
- Make operational workflows efficient, transparent, and customer-oriented
- Coordinate interfaces between business units and IT
- Coordinate Salesforce ecosystem projects from scope to delivery
- Contribute to process monitoring with meaningful KPIs
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Identify process optimization opportunities and assess their business impact
- Act as the interface between business and technical teams
- Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Create and maintain process, requirement, and change documentation
- Support KPI collection and monitoring for process improvement
