Anforderungen
- Degree or vocational training in audiovisual media, film, marketing, business, or related field
- 1-2 years of hands-on production experience in TV, cinema, photo, or online advertising
- Strong organizational talent, negotiation skills, and budget-conscious mindset

- Passion for film and photography
- Fluent English

- Handle casting, location scouting, and crew bookings
- Negotiate contracts as equals
- Lead budget negotiations confidently
- Maintain clear financial oversight
- Create detailed daily call sheets to ensure smooth, efficient set operations
- Serve as the main liaison between internal departments, external partners, and project teams
