- Oversee daily ledgers
- Issue outgoing invoices and credit notes
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Resolve invoicing queries with internal departments and external partners
- Process and post incoming payments
- Settle direct transactions and payment service provider payments
- Manage the dunning process
- Monitor, clarify, and resolve open receivables
- Review accounting matters in line with VAT and commercial law
- Assist with monthly and annual financial statement preparations
- Evaluate and value outstanding receivables
- Contribute to process optimization within the finance team
