- Define and develop comprehensive supply strategies across categories
- Oversee the onboarding of new partners
- Perform benchmarking and should-cost analyses
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and global suppliers
- Define mid- and long-term supplier strategies aligned with company goals
- Evaluate supplier performance, reliability, and quality through KPIs and audits
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for seamless integration
- Conduct benchmarking studies against industry standards
- Perform detailed should-cost analyses for cost modeling and price negotiations
- Proactively identify supply chain risks and create contingency plans
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Build strong, long-term relationships with strategic suppliers
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication
- Align procurement goals with internal teams
- Drive continuous supply chain improvements through cross-functional collaboration
