- Manage and organize the technical spare parts warehouse
- Ensure spare parts availability for production and operational facilities
- Maintain, control, and optimize inventory levels
- Conduct inventory counts
- Create, maintain, and clean item, warehouse, and stock data in the ERP system
- Analyze technical drawings and documents to identify and assign spare parts
- Create and maintain spare parts packages for new equipment and machines
- Label spare parts using barcode and QR code systems for digital inventory management
- Obtain quotes from suppliers
- Support procurement processes
- Independently carry out orders in the ERP system
- Coordinate with maintenance, production, planning, IT, and external suppliers
- Participate in the continuous improvement of warehouse and material management processes
- Ensure orderliness, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations
