Anforderungen
- Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes and VMware Tanzu in production
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes architecture (networking, storage, cluster lifecycle)
- Experience with VMware Tanzu ecosystem (TKG, Mission Control, Build Service, AP)
- Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Harbor, registries)
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Carvel)
- Good understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Flux)
- Solid knowledge of networking, load balancers, security, service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (VMware vSphere, AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Kubernetes or VMware Tanzu Specialist certifications advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Interest in Kubernetes & Tanzu Management
- Interest in Platform Engineering
- Interest in Automation & Infrastructure as Code
- Interest in Observability & Monitoring
- Interest in Security & Compliance
- Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management
- Experience in Troubleshooting & Operations

Aufgaben
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters using VMware Tanzu
- Develop and maintain Kubernetes-based platforms for containerized workloads
- Build and maintain automation scripts and pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
- Apply Kubernetes security best practices, manage RBAC/OPA policies, and enforce network security
- Collaborate with development teams to enable continuous delivery pipelines
- Diagnose performance and availability issues across Kubernetes clusters and Tanzu components
- Work closely with developers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams
- Maintain detailed technical documentation of Kubernetes architectures and Tanzu configurations
